“I’ve been involved in housing my entire life.” A Kernersville, NC native Bradley grew up in a home dominated by real estate. This early education lead to a passion for home design, construction and business. At the age of 20, Bradley followed in his father’s footsteps and got his General Contractor’s license and became a custom home builder. As a part of Charles D Williams Construction he participated in the award winning Linville Office Center and Gold Parade winning custom homes. In 2012, he also become a licensed home inspector and he and his dad have been inspecting homes ever since. After the birth of his son, Oliver, Bradley knew he wanted to carve out a bigger future for his family in this world. Realizing the growing need for housing, and the need for solid investment opportunities for regular guys like himself, Bradley developed a vision for the future. He saw that by pooling resources together, the average joes can participate in investments usually reserved for only the wealthiest people. He knew through his experiences, that to create wealth, you must do as the wealthy do. Then the focus shifted to what should be the investment, and the answer was obvious, affordable housing.
